The room size is spacious. The facilities in the room are also complete, starting from the aminitis, AC, TV, all functioning well and decently, free refill drinking water because there is a gallon in the corridor, HK was alert at that time asking for a replacement water bottle, it was immediately replaced. I stayed with 3 people in one room, chose twin deluxe, already got breakfast, just added extra breakfast for 1 person, the price is 60k, the food tastes delicious too. Strategic location, around there are also many people selling food, souvenirs, bank ATMs, next time I stay here again

I've enjoyed this place so much! The staffs are very friendly and the facilities are so nice. The room was so clean and they even put the flowers as I requested it for honeymoon. I recommended this place so much for people who are looking for a nice place to stay which near cities and other beautiful places in Bali :)

Cleanliness is extremely poor, please improve. From the lobby to the rooms, it looks like the hotel hasn't been occupied for a long time. It needs refurbishing. Termites, cobwebs, damp rooms, bloodstained mattresses, dull towels, and crusty shower stalls. The walls are covered in mold. Even at breakfast, the tablecloths looked unwashed, with stains, dust, and lizard droppings on them. Glasses, plates, and food containers were crusty. The photos don't reflect the reality.

Worst of all, even before checking in, the room was dirty, smelly, damp, and moldy. This hotel is not right. The service provider should also be aware of the conditions. Don't just post nice photos when the conditions are highly unrecommended.

Checked in here because my flight schedule was suddenly rescheduled by the airline. I checked in at 10:00 PM everything went well without any problems, the check-in process was fast and the hotel explanation was also detailed. Then I entered the room and looked around the room, it turned out the bathroom window couldn't be closed but this was not a problem in my opinion, after all the bathroom also has a door that we can close and the location on the 5th floor which should be a bit difficult to reach for thieves and others. When I was moving my things, it turned out there was an animal moving on the bed, I immediately went downstairs and asked the hotel to ask for a room change because the animal was crawling on the bed, if possible on my floor area it wouldn't be a problem. But when I asked to move rooms, the staff who previously helped me check in said something like this "we clean the animals" I said no sir, I can't do it like this (meaning the animals on the bed) then the staff didn't answer but processed the room transfer, while I asked if there was anything I left behind when checking in, he said yes there was while pointing towards the inside of the reception which I didn't even see whether the items were true or not but I just said yes first, finished he processed the room transfer and gave me the key I thought I would give my left bag to him but it turned out I was told to get it myself, okay if that's the service. And this new room is actually not better either because there are some ants running around on the floor of the room.

The location is very convenient, especially since I wanted to try Babi Guling Karya Rebo, it's within walking distance from the hotel, which was a big plus. However, the room was a bit dusty and the shower water pressure was quite low. Other than that, everything was fine. The staff was helpful, and I was able to request a hairdryer without any issues. Overall, it was an okay stay mainly because of the location and price.

The most unpleasant experience. The hotel was very dirty, from the mattress to the floor was very dirty. I was quite shocked and couldn't sleep + my appetite disappeared after seeing the condition of the room. There were worms in the mattress (yes, you read that right), chip crumbs on the floor, the sheets smelled dirty and had stains, the towels were very bad and worn! In my entire life I have never had a stay experience as bad as this. I deliberately chose this hotel because it was close to the airport, I was only in Bali for 8 hours, but instead I had an unlucky experience. I feel nauseous just remembering the condition of the room

Close to the airport, the service was friendly. The system made a mistake with my check-out time, but the staff quickly corrected it. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and clean, and the TV and air conditioning worked well.
