A great hotel to start with! The location is super good, even though it is not near the LRT, the placement is strategic with 3 nearby malls, two of it is reachable by foot. There are ample food stalls and convenience stores around the hotel. The nearest laundromat is only 5mins away, wash and dry only idr30 k (15 K for washing, 15k for drying). The room is super comfortable with a super comfortable bed, TV and console, sofa, office chair, work table, and free amenities such as coffee and tea. There is no refrigerator. They only have a cooler. So drinks in it won't get cold but remained cool. The toilet is a little bit sad. Though nicely made, the space is quite tight. The toilet has a Japanese seat bidet. Shower water is barely hot, more too warm. This hotel deserves to be visited. The staff are smiley and friendly. A good amount of security with lift access to levels requiring room cards.

Good place to stay for business trip because it is in center city of Palembang with several accesses to hotel...and there're a lot of local culinary restaurants that can be accessed by walk... One thing for sure, they supported us like providing printed document of our business need... Thanks, Batiqa.

Nice hotel, very strategic location, near centre city, near food center, near handicraft center "pasar kito", narrow bathroom, affordable price, nice breakfast, recommended especially for great location. Will back again.

The bathroom didn't have running water, causing it to pool. The air conditioning wasn't cooling. The staff was kind and friendly.

When I wanted to leave the hotel (carrying a suitcase and other heavy items), I had to go around through the back because there was an August 17th ceremony in the front lobby. When I went through the back, there was a security guard but he just looked at me and smiled without taking the initiative to help me carry it😭 even though I had a hard time carrying the items. I happen to be someone who doesn't like asking for help. So in the future, please be more aware of your surroundings. Thank you

The hotel staff is friendly, efficient, and very helpful. The hotel is comfortable and clean.
There's a children's play area that's not very large but is well-equipped and, most importantly, clean.
