The hotel stay was great. It is a good hotel as the location is very near to Halim Whoosh Station. The room is spacious. There were quite a variety of food during breakfast. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a very pleasant 3 nights stay at the hotel. Room was great with good size and all amenities one needs. Housekeeping went the extra mile to accommodate our request. Great breakfast buffet for this type hotel. Only slight issue was street noise but it was still acceptable.

Great experience for staycation. Get a free dinner when there is a ramadhan event. Pool is good also and the staff are nice and friendly. Near KFC, Starbucks and another food outlet.

So much fun...
Booked a room with a birthday message on the glass. My son was so happy. The room was spacious and beautiful.
Highly recommended for a family staycation. For those with babies, there's no need to worry, as they offer porridge for breakfast! And best of all, the restaurant is right next to the pool! So you can have breakfast while swimming, so you don't have to rush!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
The room was clean, the air conditioning was cool, the breakfast was delicious and varied. The hotel staff were very friendly, especially at the reception, and the staff in the restaurant were very helpful.
I recommend a staycation here. The environment is clean, there are many facilities, and the location is strategic, close to everything.

the staff friendliness especially the front office team. they dont give me the room as per requested. then they charga penalty idr 1.000.000. the staff are very lack of information and bad attitude. will not reccomend the others to stay here

.After verification, we can inform you that:On the reservation voucher (VCR) we received, there were no special requests or additional service requests made.You occupied a smoking room, as assigned at check-in. Therefore, there was no
violation of the smoking policy that would incur a penalty.The only penalty scheme amounting to IDR 1,000,000 at our hotel is the penalty fee for guests
smoking in non-smoking rooms, which clearly did not occur in this case.Based on the points above, we assure you that no transaction or deduction of IDR 1,000,000 has been made by Best Western Premier The Hive.

Nice, very clean, friendly, the food is delicious too, overall everything is good, highly recommended, the AC is not cold enough, and there are spa staff who are half-dead rude, there is no friendliness at all.

The only reason i stay at this hotel is because i’m going to Whoosh Station first thing in the morning.
This is worn down hotel. Staffs are on their phone most of the time. Food are terrible taste. Bedroom was dusty, creepy and not maintain well.

The room is spacious, clean, easy access to everywhere, the check-in process is fast, there are many food choices, those with babies like me don't need to worry because the porridge is always available, the food is delicious, the service is great, plus they give gifts for the baby, it's really recommended.
