The hotel is very big and beautiful. it is located in the reachable place. the staffs of the hotel are very friendly and professional. when i checked in, the staff gave me welcome drink such as: cold markissa and warm saraba. I like them very much. The food is very delicious especially sop saudara, coto makasar and the others.

Please, the security guard on duty at the lobby door on September 3, 2025, at 11:00, improve your service excellence. Even though the situation is hectic and crowded, please control yourself and don't put on a face that wants to fight with hotel guests. I feel like I'm visiting a prisoner in prison when they ask for my room access card. Please do it with a friendly smile and be polite.
