My stay here last week was perfectly fine. The hotel delivered exactly what you would expect. The room was comfortable and clean, service was professional, and the breakfast was standard. It's a solid choice that ticks all the boxes for a 4-star hotel. No complaints!

My first time in Makassar, I stayed here. Since arriving, the security guard was friendly, the bellboy quickly carried my luggage and escorted me to my room, check-in was fast, I got a room near the elevator as requested, the room was spacious, cool, clean, the mattress was soft, the sheets were soft, and there was a refrigerator. I stayed here for 3 days, they asked for cleaning and changing the sheets every day, and they really did. I didn't try the food, but my friend who also stayed here said the in-room dining was delicious. Recommended 👍

Claro is one of the best hotels in Makassar. Its central location and easy access to everything make it a great choice. Furthermore, we chose Claro for this staycation because our youngest child wanted to play in the pool, and Claro is a great place for a comfortable swimming pool for children.

A hotel close to the toll road to and from the airport. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and flexible check-in and check-out times. The hotel also offers freezer storage for souvenirs, making it very convenient for us, especially those leaving early in the morning and needing to buy souvenirs the day before.

The hotel wasn't prepared for a large number of guests. Breakfast at the restaurant was very disorganized, and it was difficult to find a clean table.
Room extensions were also difficult. I was disappointed that they couldn't extend my stay. A three-night stay was only allowed one night.
