It was a very comfortable stay. The swimming pool is also great for kids. The staff is very friendly. The location near the city center makes it easy to get around.

My room was full of trash, and I asked the receptionist on duty since 5 PM to call a customer service representative to clean it. It wasn't cleaned.
At 7:17 PM, I called the receptionist again, who identified herself as Hanisa. She said the room couldn't be cleaned because it had already been cleaned once, even though I'd been staying here for 5 days.
It's a shame, even though the hotel has nice rooms, because the lack of attention to service and cleanliness makes guests uncomfortable.
