The hotel's strategic location is near Lippo Mall Batu. There are food stalls and a meatball stall in front of the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is one elevator and stairs for ascending and descending. The food is decent and would be more enjoyable if the variety of food could be increased.

The location is perfect, strategic to Jatim Park. Close to the market and supermarket. The room was comfortable, but when I wanted breakfast, I mistakenly clicked on a booking that didn't include breakfast. But no one offered to pay for breakfast that morning. So, we went out for breakfast.

The hotel staff are all friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the mall, Batu City Square, and other tourist attractions. The rooms are quite comfortable and spacious, and the amenities are quite complete. The breakfast is also delicious.

The room was clean and comfortable, not too cramped, and the bed was quite large. It's located near Matahari Mall, so finding food is easy. The breakfast menu is limited, even the bread is only white bread. But it's enough for a night out.

First time staying here. In my opinion, the location is close to the mall and cafes and restaurants around. So it's not a hassle to find food. The lobby and interior are modern and comfortable. The room is also okay and spacious, as is the bathroom, so it's spacious. The water is strong, the hot water also works well. The wifi is fast and very helpful for me as a businessman. The breakfast is quite okay, but I think the breakfast variety needs to be added again. The staff is very helpful. From the parking lot, porter and receptionist. Don't forget there is a welcome drink when checking in. Overall, if I go to Batu, I will stay here again. The price is very worth it. Recommended. Thanks.
