I stayed for 3 days with my kids. Very nice and comfortable hotel. The Hotel has a heated pool. The bellboy help me when I needed a hair tie and they looked for me for free. Very touching ❤️

We were so glad to experience this hotel. The service is better than other 4 stars hotel in Bandung. Their staff are so humble and nice, we got a complimentary to late check out, but they must give more variation menu for breakfast.

My first stay at El Hotel was for a running event, and it was close to the venue. I was happy to get a room with a garden view. The room was large enough to accommodate a prayer rug. The bathroom was clean, although the sink was cracked. Overall, it was okay. If asked if I'd go back, I'd probably do it because the room rate was quite good.

Always love staying at El Royale Hotel — the staff are super friendly and the service is always amazing, that’s why I keep coming back! The only thing missing is a kids’ zone area, it would make the stay even better
