I stayed for 3 days with my kids. Very nice and comfortable hotel. The Hotel has a heated pool. The bellboy help me when I needed a hair tie and they looked for me for free. Very touching ❤️

We were so glad to experience this hotel. The service is better than other 4 stars hotel in Bandung. Their staff are so humble and nice, we got a complimentary to late check out, but they must give more variation menu for breakfast.

This is my 4th staycation at El Hotel. From when it was called El Royal Hotel until now it is El Hotel… I never get bored, I want to go back again and again hehehe… So far so good, I suggest getting 2 access cards if possible 🙏🏻🫰🏻

The staff is friendly, and the location is strategic.
However, the amenities in the room, such as the television, were not connected to the internet, so I couldn't watch it. Calls to complain went unanswered. The sink drain was broken. There was noise from outside, but the soundproofing wasn't good. The room lights sometimes wouldn't work. If you wanted to swim, you had to wear a swimsuit. Check-in was too late at 3:00 PM.

The hotel is strategically located in the city center, close to everywhere, just a short walk from Braga, close to culinary spots, the staff are friendly and helpful, entering the front lobby of the hotel is very fragrant, there are 3 types of swimming pools and there is a warm water pool up to 39 degrees which makes my child very happy, the room is spacious and choose my child's favorite view facing the train tracks passing by and there is a mini playground, the food is varied and all delicious, there is a free gym, massage and skylounge are available on the 19th floor.. top and if I go to Bandung I will choose to stay at El Hotel Bandung again

My first stay at El Hotel was for a running event, and it was close to the venue. I was happy to get a room with a garden view. The room was large enough to accommodate a prayer rug. The bathroom was clean, although the sink was cracked. Overall, it was okay. If asked if I'd go back, I'd probably do it because the room rate was quite good.
