The security guard service was lacking, because they didn't know, they were made to wait a long time to check in, even though they only had to ask about hotel/apartment reservations so they didn't have to wait long and were immediately directed to the lobby.

Actually staying here is very comfortable because the view of Malang city is really nice when seen from the room window... I stayed here while taking my child to take the UINMA entrance test.. I just feel like the elevator takes so long to wait because this hotel is combined with an apartment.. the food tastes okay but it's worth the cheap price.. I hope I can go to Malang again someday and I hope one of my children can study at UB so I can stay here again because the hotel is right next to UB

I've stayed here twice because there was an event at Polinema. The AC was as noisy as Neptune's wasp. When I first entered the room, it felt stuffy. The hotel receptionists were male but they liked to gossip, haha, I don't know why. Overall, it's not bad if you need a strategic hotel.
