The hotel staff is friendly, the location is strategically located near the UB campus, within walking distance, and the surrounding Suhat area is full of delicious culinary spots. If I visit Malang again, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

The first 5 minutes of online motorcycle taxis are also free. Guests can leave their vehicle with security at lobby 1 by showing their room number to the motorcycle taxi driver. The security will assist them temporarily, and you can pick it up downstairs. The security guard service was lacking, because they didn't know, they were made to wait a long time to check in, even though they only had to ask about hotel/apartment reservations so they didn't have to wait long and were immediately directed to the lobby.
