We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay, especially regarding the condition of the flexible room that smelled of cigarette smoke and the appearance of the room facilities that looked poorly maintained. We need to inform you that our flexible rooms do include the possibility of being placed in a smoking room if the non-smoking type is not available upon arrival. However, we fully understand that your comfort remains our top priority, and we regret that this caused discomfort and the smell stuck to your clothes. We also noted your input regarding the need for maintenance of the goods and the condition of the room floor. Currently, the management is planning a gradual rejuvenation of the room facilities to provide a more comfortable and enjoyable stay experience in the future.
