I spent 3 weeks in Bali and stayed at this hotel 3 times. The first and second stays were very comfortable, from the reception staff to the housekeeping staff. The third stay, I received unpleasant treatment from the security guard because he reprimanded my child who was just playing in the room because he was noisy and told him to be quiet. But after complaining the next day, he was told to move rooms and received a complimentary apology. Thank you 101 Fontana Seminyak for your warm hospitality and thoughtful gesture. We truly appreciate it!

Nice hotel, clean, cool, close to many restaurants and souvenir shops. Easy access everywhere. We moved to this hotel after our previous hotel triggered our child's dust mite and mold allergies. At this hotel, our child's symptoms subsided. The downside is the water is oily and the bathroom floor is very slippery, even though the hotel has provided anti-slip mats. The anti-slip mats need to be folded periodically to prevent water from pooling. The staff are friendly and efficient. Scales are available to measure the weight of your luggage if needed. Thank you also for the free upgrade to a room with a balcony, which was very helpful for our child with allergies. Thank you very much, God Bless.

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to find food as there are many restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly and polite, but the security guard manages the parking area. Parking in front of the security post and lobby seems to be inconsistent with the standard operating procedures (SOP). They appear to be selective about which nice cars are allowed to park in front of the lobby. Cars with a Xenia and below are always told to park behind the hotel. Hopefully, this will be a point of improvement going forward.

The hotel is nice, and the staff is also nice. It's just that the room I got yesterday wasn't great, but the staff was quick. It was just tiring, having to change rooms three times. I think it wasn't enough, and if I were asked to go back, I'd probably have to think about it. But the staff was really good.
