The check-in staff, Vanessa, helped us to check in hassle-free and the bell boy helped us taking our luggage to the room. The staff are very polite and the hotel is quite big and clean. The room itself is spacious, clean, and equipped with TV, desk, and comfortable bed.
Will definitely stay here again.

Love this hotel! We stayed here for 3 nights last week. The room, the pool, the hotel are very clean. I didn't realized it last week, Until we moved to Holiday Resort Senggigi. The room was sticky, dusty and the bathroom has bad smells. We booked 4 rooms, all of them are the same. And today we are back again at Golden Palace Hotel. I can breathe better here lol. I will definitely be back to this hotel again, even though I don't really like the breakfast buffet but I can over look that. Love the cleanliness, love the people here, love the Location!

First choice to stay in Mataram. My room is big and clean as always. Many choices of delicious food during breakfast, especially traditional and local food. Friendly staff with full of smile all the time. Thank you for the excellent service.

Great to be back here and food suddenly just awesome. They are serving many choices of traditional cake and so delicious. Still with huge deluxe room I stayed. Staff are just awesome and helpful, their smile just never end. Hotel is very clean, they are doing disinfectant spraying several times a day. Will be back soon, for sure
