Great location, good food at affordable price! Grang HAP hotel is located in the city center with a back exit, so you won't be trapped during Car Free Day on Sunday morning. The room is spacious and food is good. Timlo at the breakfast is even bettet than the famous timlo in town. The highlight is on staff's helpfulness! From hotel key issue, refill of amenities and keeping my stuffs after I checked out, they kindly helped with a great smile.

1. The room was damp, with many damp walls. 2. The food wasn't very varied, and the soto was cold. 3. Parking space was limited, and the person parking the car didn't put the gearshift in neutral after parking. So, when my friend tried to start the car, it lurched forward, though it didn't hit the car in front of it.

The location is close to the city, Pasar Gede, and Balapan Station. The hotel's cleanliness is good. The staff and room service are also excellent. The swimming pool and other facilities are also good. The food in the restaurant is good, but the fruit and pastries should be covered to prevent flies from landing on them. The Wi-Fi is terrible, it doesn't respond smoothly. Please improve it next time. At night, you can hear people moving heavy objects upstairs or in the next room, which is a bit annoying. The hot water for showering doesn't heat up quickly enough, and even when it does, you can't turn it down. The food is quite tasty and has a lot of variety. Thanks.
