We arrived around 1:40 PM from Balikpapan. When I asked the staff if we could check in, they proceed it straight away. The staffs are helpful and hospitable. The room already prepared, we came in to the clean, fresh hotel room. We booked family room, the room is big, there is 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed, 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower room too, and there are 2 TV. Wifi is fast. The playground area is full of toys, especialy the montessori one, so my childs can learn and play at the same times. The pool, not to big. But they have childs pool. And the adults one not too deep. I think around 125 cm? We don't try the food because we booked the room only. But I think the foods are preety decent. We stayed for 4 nights, and everyday the room is been clean well. The experienced with this hotel are good. We appreciate it, thank you for the hospitality 😁.
