1. Lokasi strategis (dekat Alfamart, dekat Jembatan Samota, dekat Car Free Day). 2. Pelayanan staf hotel bagus, ramah, dan full senyum. 3. Kamar untuk ukuran superior sudah cukup bagus dan bersih (namun ada 1 ekor kecoa yang sempat masuk kamar, mungkin dari celah pintu kamar). 4. Kamar mandi bersih, walaupun pintu dan sebagian ruangnya pakai kaca transparan + blur, mungkin sebagian orang akan risih. 5. Cafe dan bar-nya cukup lengkap dan pelayanan mereka ramah (breakfast bisa diantarkan ke kamar).

Poor breakfast. Jadi breakfastnya diauruh milih, adah ada paketan menunya. Kamar mandi pakai kaca transparant. Jadi kalau sekamar berdua dengan orang lain sangat tidak nyaman.

Hotel yang sangat bagus, pelayanan terbaik dari mulai check in sampai check out dari semua staf. Susuai dengan harga. Mohon di perthankan untuk semua. Gak pernah kecewa nginap di hotel ini. Cuma satu minus dari hotel ini dan saran juga dari saya (tumben sih saya alami selama beberapa kali nginap di horel ini) mohon untuk air kran ada sedikit aroma kurang sedap/bau (semoga bisa jadi perhatian).

Dengan harga 500 ribuan tolong dong breakfastnya dibanyakin. Setiap hotel harusnya ada water heater susah juga buat kopi atau pop mie di malam hari. Staff sih ramah semua. Banyak staff ya.

Salah satu rekomendasi hotel di Sumbawa besar. Berdiri nya belum terlalu lama, jadi hotel ya masih bagus dan bersih. Untuk fasilitas kamar nya ada:- AC (kurang dingin)- TV.- wifi.- bed cover.- water heater.- coffee maker.- air mineral.- lemari. Untuk fasilitas hotel ya ada restaurant dan runag meeting. Semua staf hotel ramah dan semua makanan dan minuman enak banget. Kalau main ke Sumbawa boleh menginap di sini lagi.
