We have the best experience staying here, all staff here are very friendly and helpful. When we check in, Nisa in reception was very kind and helpful for us because we arrived and the check in process was almost midnight, and the restaurant crews were also kind. 5 stars for Harmonie One Hotel.

We stayed there for my son's school farewell party. The room was okay, clean, and the air conditioning was cool. But something unpleasant happened at breakfast. We booked a room that included breakfast for two. At that time, we were having breakfast. My husband, I, and my two children were in the hotel restaurant. It's important to note that my children didn't eat breakfast at all. It was purely two people, my husband and I. The children didn't eat breakfast because they had already eaten the bread we brought in the room. While we were eating, the restaurant staff came and asked why there were four of us eating, even though breakfast was only for two. This shocked my husband and I, and we lost our appetite immediately. We weren't eating with four of us; it was just my husband and I. Where are your ethics when you approach your customers while they're having breakfast and immediately bombard us with questions? Do you have any ethics? It's truly unfortunate, such a luxurious hotel. The staff has no ethics.

The AC is too cold. The thermostat can't be adjusted, so it's always freezing to the point of chilling. There's a swimming pool and a gym.

The room was pretty nice, and the lobby was super big. Breakfast was decent but not super fancy—not a ton of options. The pool was huge though. On the downside, there's a renovation happening, so mornings are super noisy. Also, there are no hand towels—only bath towels are available.
