Nice!! We choose River View room, and the view was amazing to look Bridge River Mahak. That was great view!! Look like outside Indonesia 😀🥰 I love every kind of menu Breakfast at your hotel. Truely delicious and varieties. many cakes, bread. Western food, indonesia food. superb! 😀☺️ Then I love this hotel very friendly to kids with area Kids in Restaurant. Fantastic!! I bought some of cakes for my sister‘s birthday and the cakes was so delicious, especially Cake Klepon the green one. The staff was so friendly! The girl staff at Resto also offering us to try Angkringan Buffet beside Swimming Pool Cafe. All menu is very delicious. Love your hospitality!☺️🥰

The staff are friendly and helpful, the view outside the room is refreshing, the food is all delicious and varied, close to the biggest mall in Samarinda, but the hotel is located a bit behind so it is less visible from the main road.

No. 1 is the spacious room (not all Harris are this spacious for non-suite rooms). No. 2, the breakfast is very complete (if you don't have to check out early, you can linger at breakfast to try all the dishes), the facilities are complete. The view is iconic Mahakam Bridge, next to a mall (even if it's not big) and franchise restaurants like McD, Solaria, etc. So it's not difficult to find food. But for iconic Samarinda food, you need to drive to the city center first. Overall, it's very good.
Minus: the room is not soundproof, our team there because of work and my colleague next door is newlyweds, it's really a shame. Luckily, next door to my room was a family with children, so the only thing I missed was hearing the children's voices next door 🫠 (I don't know if it was because I happened to get a connecting room with someone else, or if all the rooms are not soundproof).

From the moment I arrived, the security guard was very helpful, helping me carry my bags and guiding me. The receptionist was also very kind in explaining the room types and other things.
