I live in West Kalimantan. My family travels quite a lot in a year, especially to Australia. Either just me, just my husband, or me and my husband, or we go with our kids. Harris Hotel Tuban is always our first choice for transit as the flights to overseas are usually at night time. The hotel is very close to the airport, only 5 minutes walk. If we go for holiday in Bali, we also stay at Harris. My children love to stay there. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean. We always wait for breakfast time as there will be a variety of foods and they are all yummy. Room service is great, lunch and dinner are great as well. Free shuttle bus is very helpful.

You get a room but you must choose the unique room; if not, all the walls and floors are not clean. There is some black dirty stain on the wall, especially on the floor, maybe because of the mop touching the walls, and they should fix this. The aisle smells terrible, but the room smells good. They may put you in a room that's next to the janitor room or mechanic rooms that's creepy. I had breakfast there; food was good, staff was friendly, but they're more friendly to the international tourists; they ask about how's everything and suggested any food in the stall only to international tourists. Maybe yeah, staff expected tips only from them. That's funny to see that behavior. Cheers

The hotel staff is friendly, you can leave food in the hotel freezer, there's a free 24-hour airport shuttle service, the location is close to the airport and other tourist attractions, and the breakfast menu is delicious and has a wide selection. However, the rooms are not soundproof, so you might hear snoring from the next room or people walking or talking in the hallway.

Excellent hotel and great value for money. Free airport shuttle, but it only runs on the hour. It's a shame they don’t have a walk-through at the back of the hotel as it is so close to the passage to walk to the International Terminal.

I booked a Harris Hotel through the app at a promotional price. It was late at night when I checked in, but I was well-served and friendly. I didn't have to wait long to get my room. The room was comfortable and warm, and I slept soundly, even though I had to check out at 4:00 AM to catch a flight to Australia. Harris Hotel is top-notch. I highly recommend staying at Harris Hotel for a longer stay. 😍
