The hotel staff was very friendly and quickly responded to several customer issues. I made a mistake with my reservation. The dates I booked were wrong, but the hotel staff quickly told me to contact the app to change the dates. They assured me that the hotel would accommodate my change and even upgrade my room at no cost. Thank you, Luxury Malioboro Hotel, for a wonderful hotel. I have stayed at this hotel twice, the hotel is clean, the bathroom is okay, the hot water works, but the AC is leaking, and the food tastes standard, even the fried rice is too salty, during the Chinese New Year holiday there are lots of guests, maybe there are not enough chefs, they are too busy.

It says it's 4 stars, but in reality, it's 2 stars in my opinion. Because breakfast is already expensive, it's 100,000 IDR with an additional person, but the food menu is unappealing and not very tasty. The room also lacks comfort; the shower doesn't work properly, and the air conditioning isn't cold either.
