The hotel room was equipped with the basic necessity.
I stayed at the room without window. It's clean but looked old, there're mosquitoes inside. I think they can do better.
The WiFi functioned well.

I had a great stay at Hotel Plaza Inn Kendari. The room was very spacious and it had everything you need to be comfortable enough, and the staff was always very friendly. At first, I had a problem with the room they gave me because it didn't have the options that I selected when I booked it online, but once I told them about this misunderstanding, then they immediately changed it and they gave me a really great room. Excellent hotel.

I frequently stay in this hotel. Sometimes it is always fully booked, particularly during the weekend. The location is great, and the staff are very nice. The issue I had was just the smokers. They are not being localized in the descent smoking area without affecting the non-smokers. Last but not least, the smoking rooms are more than the non-smoking rooms. I hope in the future they will convert more smoking rooms into non-smoking rooms. Thank you.
