This was my second stay at the hotel, and I noticed a lot of improvements compared to my previous stay. One of the most noticeable improvements was how the staff dealt with guests. They seemed to be well trained, very helpful, and attentive.

The carpeting in the rooms and hallways is old and has an unpleasant odor. Food and drink prices inside the hotel are rather high. I hope you will add more breakfast options that are suitable for Arabs.

5 nights stay, forgot to buy mineral water, asked for it but was not given until check out.... It turns out that loyal guests have no tolerance, even though the sink faucet was leaking, we didn't complain.

Stayed 5 nights, in the morning before check out forgot to buy mineral water, called room service because my parents wanted to take medicine, they didn't take it until check out, there was no tolerance for guests who had stayed 5 nights, even though the bathroom sink leaked every day, I didn't complain.

The location is quite strategic, the rooms are soundproof, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The staff is friendly and informative. The breakfast is varied and quite tasty. One suggestion would be to make the hallway lights leading to the rooms a little brighter, rather than dim, to eliminate the spooky feeling in the hallway. But overall, I liked it and would return to Hotel Ciputra Jakarta.
