All the hotel staff were very helpful and handy, even assisting with the 3 a.m. pre-dawn meal delivery to our room, complete with hot drinks and fruit. The amenities were complete: thick, clean towels, crisp linens, and four fluffy pillows. Had a wonderful time at Hotel Ciputra.

I really enjoyed my two-night stay here yesterday, and many thanks to the staff for their helpful birthday surprise for my husband at breakfast. Such an unforgettable moment. The facilities are all great: the rooms are spacious and clean, with complete amenities. The pool is also on the 22nd floor, so you can splash around with a city view.

The hotel staff is friendly and polite. You can borrow an iron and ironing board from the laundry/service desk. Service is fast. The lobby is as pictured. The rooms are spacious and luxurious for their price. The cleanliness and quietness of the rooms are excellent (5 stars). The breakfast taste is something that needs improvement. It doesn't meet the standards of the hotel and the rooms. The pastries are okay. The rest is very average. Hopefully, this can be improved.

I stayed at this hotel with my family and received excellent service. Furthermore, the rooms were spacious, clean, and fully equipped. Two rooms had AC problems due to repairs, and we were moved to different rooms. The hotel truly cares about its customers. Also, because it's close to the mall, dining and shopping are easy. So, it's all good.
