I arrived almost midnight, and the staff were very friendly and helpful in parking my car and checking me in. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The location is in the heart of Bima, making it easy to get everywhere. I'd stay here again if I were in Bima again.

The hotel room looks very old, the AC is hot, the AC remote is dead, the bathroom smells bad. Fortunately, the location is very strategic in the city center, the staff are friendly.

Lack of generator backup during a power outage from PLN, because yesterday when the incident occurred there was still equipment that was not backed up (AC) and the generator died before the PLN electricity came back on.

I have booked a hotel for 3 nights! Then my flight was canceled because of a natural disaster of Mount Merapi, I have tried to contact the hotel and ask for tolerance, because it could not be refunded so we asked to be occupied by our colleagues who are in Bima, but the information is that it cannot be done because it must be someone who checks in, but we have confirmed it still cannot be done! Please feel a little tolerance, because there is a disaster! It is not our wish as customers not to come!

8.5/10 Yes ✨ The room is minimalist but clean, the TV doesn't work properly (can't be turned on), the hot water keeps flowing, the AC is good, it's not soundproof so if you laugh or tell stories you have to hold it back a bit so as not to disturb others.

There is no coffee/tea maker in the room as stated in the application, there are only 2 bottles of mineral water, only a small bar of soap and a small bottle of shampoo are provided, the bathroom door is rusty so you have to force it to close (sliding model), towels not towels for the body, there are only 2 small towels that are usually used to dry hair. The blanket makes itchy, it has never been washed maybe every time there is a change of guests, because it looks like it's been a long time. The elevator takes a long time to move even though it only goes up 2 floors.
