I don't smoke, and I got a smoking room, please fix the blower,
Because the smell of cigarette smoke is very strong, and I sprayed air freshener.
Because it was stuffy and I wanted to smoke, I even spent my own money to buy air freshener to neutralize the smell

This is the first time that when it's close to check out time, I was knocked on by housekeeping and asked "do you want to check out or extend?" I swear it's really unpleasant and they don't understand privacy. Just try it if the person being knocked on is taking a shower, changing clothes or something that requires them to be unable to open the door quickly. I swear it's really annoying. 1 star, even though the clock is still set at 12, and I know that check out is at 12, unless it's past 12 and there's no confirmation, it's okay to do that.

The location is quite strategic, for the deluxe room type it is quite spacious, only the empty space is better filled with a sofa/chair. because there is only 1 chair in the room and less table too, at least bottled mineral water is provided because it is cleaner and guaranteed.

It so embarrassing when u are same group as aston and quality of the towel was disgusting, almost all the towel are full of yellow stain and when u ask replacement it’s the same, not worth with the price
Reception was so bad as we ask for extension and they said the room only available gor 700.000 rupiah per nights while in traveloka still available for 400.000 rupiah per nights, so bulshit not worth as 4 stars hotel it most likely suit to 2 stars hotel

The AC is not cold, the technician has been called but it is still not cold. The temperature in the room is only 26.5. It is difficult to sleep because the room is hot.

Strategic location in the city center. Located in Palangkaraya Mall makes Neo Hotel the right choice for a vacation with family. The room is quite spacious, the service is friendly. If I may give a suggestion, for the selection of breakfast menus, there should be more variations. Several times staying at Neo Hotel, I always find fried noodles or vermicelli noodles.

During my stay here several times, it turns out that it is now not worth it. The ceiling of the room is leaking, the cleanliness of the room is not well maintained because there is a lot of dust in the room, when entering the room for the first time there is no toilet paper in the toilet.
