I stayed in room 136 for 3 nights. The bathroom was flooded. Please pay more attention to the drainage. Also, there are many stained sheets and curtains. Please replace the towels. Please improve the taste of the food. The variety of food is good, but the taste needs to be improved. Hopefully, Neo will be better in the future. The asparagus soup is delicious. Thank you.

Got the room at the end, big nice room, there is cold and hot shower. Very strategic location in front of Palangkaraya Roundabout inside Palma mall. Mall parking is a bit bad, but quite spacious. AC is not cold even though it has been checked by technician.

This is the first time that when it's close to check out time, I was knocked on by housekeeping and asked "do you want to check out or extend?" I swear it's really unpleasant and they don't understand privacy. Just try it if the person being knocked on is taking a shower, changing clothes or something that requires them to be unable to open the door quickly. I swear it's really annoying. 1 star, even though the clock is still set at 12, and I know that check out is at 12, unless it's past 12 and there's no confirmation, it's okay to do that.
