The experience of staying overnight at the Satria Hotel was quite pleasant, even though when we first entered the room it smelled a bit of cigarette smoke, but after spraying the room the smell finally disappeared. The staff was quite responsive to our complaints. Thank you.

IT'S HARD TO REST 😔😤😤😤😤😤😤 MADE COMPLICATED BY EXTENDING THE ROOM EVEN THOUGH YOU'VE CLEARLY PAID FOR THE ROOM. TOO MANY RULES.
NOT ALL PEOPLE FALL ASLEEP EASY, AND ONCE YOU WANT TO SLEEP, THEN THE RECEPTIONIST IS DISTURBING YOU WITH BANGING AND AS A RESULT IT'S HARD TO SLEEP AGAIN 😤🤦♀️

The most comfortable place and yes, the price is worth it. Sometimes if you book a standard room, the hotel will upgrade you to a higher level. Basically, staying at Hotel Satria is very comfortable. You can park your vehicle in front of your room, the staff are all kind and friendly, and every complaint is automatically responded to. When I checked in to a junior sweet room, there were lots of mosquitoes, the AC wasn't cold, and the toilet water in the sink was DIRTY, and the first time I turned it on, it was black.
For that price and the room type, the TV wasn't a smart TV.
The sound from the karaoke bar next door was very audible, which was annoying. The Wi-Fi could only be used outside the room. The TV didn't have a signal. There were too many issues, but I was too lazy to complain because the staff wasn't very responsive.
I can only comment because the app just opened.

The service is okay..the employees are also responsive..the AC was not cold for a while..complained..checked about the AC remote. I asked for freon refill..finally it was filled with freon and then it was cold...solved.... There are mosquitoes in the room...the bathroom water is also small..but for that price it is very cheap..what can I expect...strategic and convenient location to the city center...calm because it is a bit inside from the main road..the rest is okay...the employees are all okay.no problems.thank you for the service...
