This is my second stay at this hotel. My family and I stayed during the Eid al-Fitr holiday. The first time I gave it a 10 for all aspects, but the second time I stayed during Ramadan and Eid, I gave it a 10++. Unforgettable, the hospitality of all the staff, even the manager. The food is incredibly delicious, and the location is close to Braga, the town square, and other places. I want to come back here again, man👍

Subject: Complaint Regarding Service Experience. To the Management of Hotel Savoy Homann-Bandung, I would like to express my disappointment with my stay at Hotel Savoy Homann, a 4-star hotel known for its historical significance related to the 1955 Asia-Africa Conference. Unfortunately, during our visit on March 24-25, in rooms 254-256, my family and I did not experience the professional standards of service expected of a hotel of this class. Overall, our experience was uncomfortable and did not reflect a family-friendly hotel. This contradicts the hotel's vision and mission, which prioritize quality service, guest comfort, and a memorable stay. Several things that caught our attention: During breakfast, our 5-year-old child was charged the full price, which we feel is not in line with common practice in hotels in tourist cities. The restaurant staff (waiters) discussed and disputed payment in front of the restaurant entrance, in full view of other guests. This was very uncomfortable and unethical. Management was not responsive; the manager only intervened after we filed a complaint. Upon check-out, we were repeatedly reminded of potential penalty charges, even feeling like we were being "hounded," which significantly reduced our comfort level. The water in the children's pool was dirty, causing irritation to our son's left eye. Based on this experience, we strongly do not recommend the Savoy Homann Hotel for a family vacation. Guests will not find the standard of hospitality that should be a key strength of this hotel. The quality of service we received was far from that of other hotels we have stayed in, even those like the Best Western Premier and Jayakarta, where the front-line staff were friendlier, more responsive, and more helpful. We hope that management will conduct a thorough evaluation of the quality of service, particularly in terms of staff communication with guests and complaint handling. Furthermore, the children's play area and facilities, such as the swimming pool, should be kept clean and sterile to create a sense of safety and comfort for parents. Thank you for your attention. I liked everything. The staff were friendly. The hotel was clean, the bedroom was clean, but the bathroom smelled bad, coming from the drain, so bad I asked for camphor to mask the smell. The toilet was also a bit yellow, probably because it was old. So far, I'm satisfied.

It was my first time staying at this hotel, but it was disappointing. 1. The room smells, a really bad smell, super duper disturbing, I tried to complain and was only given Stella with an old apple scent that has no fragrance!! 2. Hairdryer is said to be on request. From the first check in I asked until check out there was still no hairdryer, it's trivial but I didn't expect that this is a hotel with so many stars, it's inferior to hotels under 500 thousand where hairdryers are on standby in the bathroom! 3. The only advantage is that it's on the roadside and near the town square. I've complained but no action has been taken...

The bathroom smelled really bad, I complained and was only given an unscented apple by Stella, which didn't help. I asked for a hair dryer from the moment I entered the room because they said it wasn't on standby, I had to ask for it. Okay, I asked for it until I checked out, but there was still no hair dryer!! A very unpleasant experience for the first time. Really lost to hotels under 500 thousand. The first impression was pathetic. I will never come here again.

Stayed one night and it was just so-so (because my expectations were too high 😁). I liked the cool air conditioning in the room, the ambiance of the room, the lobby, the corridors and especially the breakfast. Who would have thought that salted fish would be in the breakfast? This was something new for me and perfect to accompany my porridge. The staff in the restaurant area during breakfast were amazing, I forgot to write down their names. There were some dishes that were my favorites. Some things could be improved to be better. When I checked in I was not informed about the location of breakfast, swimming pool, gym. My room was on the 1st floor with a less than great view. The hot water was not very hot with uneven water and the water marks really needed to be cleaned and the mirror in the bathroom was moldy, the TV channels could not be accessed, the double lock was stuck. Hopefully it will be better soon because frankly it took me 20 years to be able to stay at this hotel 😁.

The hotel maintains European architecture with a touch of contemporary interior. Strategic location, just a drag to Braga. There is also an ATM. Good service. The staff are very friendly, especially the rear parking (thank you sir, for arranging our car because it was very crowded when we stayed before Chinese New Year). The room is quite clean. The towels are also well cleaned. The soap is good, doesn't dry out the skin. The AC is cold. Warm water when showering makes it comfortable. Only the food menu could be added. The taste is quite good. Proud to have slept in the hotel of Asian African leaders... thank you Savoy Homann
