So I didn't know if this hotel was sharia, so when I asked for help from my friend (of the opposite sex) to lift our suitcases and a lot of stuff because we are MUAs and got jobs in Batulicin. There was an unfriendly knock on our room and then we were told, "Have the male guests left?". At that time my friends and I were surprised because we were not wearing the hijab. The next day when we were about to check out we asked our friend to help us carry things from the room to the car and then the female receptionist who was very bitchy and unfriendly said, "No opposite sex is allowed to enter the room". I said, "He's just helping to lift the suitcases" and still the receptionist insisted and waited at the door. If it is indeed sharia and no members of the opposite sex are allowed to enter the room, please inform them from the start. Because there was no bellboy to help us, when we asked for help they didn't even move, at the reception I asked the bellboy to help us bring our 6 suitcases but no one approached our car + -5 minutes so we had to carry it ourselves. Worst hotel and service.

Actually pocket friendly. But like boarding houses. The next room was very noisy laughing. It doesn't sound soundproof. 2 o'clock in the morning. He wanted to take a nap. Can't even sleep. There is no phone to go to the reception

One day I was late, and only 1 room left with a fan and bathroom outside, had doubts at first, because check-in was at 01.30, there was no choice, it turned out that the bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean, there was hot water too. I always stay here when I go to Batulicin, because there are no cafes, it & apos; s not noisy and there are many restaurants around it, just walk, thanks.

The service is not satisfactory, it has been confirmed that breakfast is said to be delivered to the room at 10 in the morning instead there should not be given an explanation, because in the morning there is no time to have breakfast down again in a hurry there is a need.

The air conditioner is not cold enough, the walls between rooms are not concrete so between rooms are very clearly heard and the next room is very noisy snoring even sleep sounds clearly.
