Want a relatively cheap price but good quality. This is indeed recommended. Then the location is also very suitable if you want to go to the mall, and others. The food is really great. The staff is super friendly. I like the housekeeping the most, it is really good at maintaining the standard of the room.

Friendly staff, nice place, okay facilities, lots of breakfast choices, but why is it that most of the bottled water in hotels in Balikpapan is always refillable? Because at Royal, they also refill water, and until now I'm still looking for the answer (besides saving money, right?)
