The ambiance, location, cleanliness, comfort, and friendliness of the staff are undeniable. I once lost my debit card while exercising on the Sanur beachfront path. I reported it to the receptionist. Shortly afterward, the hotelier informed me that the card had been found and could be retrieved at the front office. What a service!!! Thank you Hyatt family for your hospitality, and you guys have a great service! ❤️

It's an oldschool hotel but so well maintained. The lobby is beautiful. I did some work/attend a training online while staying there and it felt great. Restaurant in beachfront is good. All staff are helpful and friendly. Overall, my husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Hyatt Regency Bali.

We only stayed 3 nights and wish we stayed more, beautiful resort, awesome pools, staff are fantastic, pool food is awesome and breakfast is unbelievable. Rooms are slightly tired if I had to say anything critical but still very nice. Hotel only 5mins walk from main st, you must try Santorini for Greek or Massimo for Italian, both unbelievably awesome restaurants food was amazing

Everything was fine except for the rattling sound on the ceiling, where the ventilator is, that started only at night, when you wanted to rest. We reported it and hopefully by now the issue was solved. Breakfast was great, we also enjoyed the free activities. Staff was also very friendly and professional. Love so much the layout fo the pool area where a lot of shaded areas and pool beds. I will definitely recommend this property when you want to stay in Sanur area.
