It's a pleasure to stayed in Ibis Trans Bandung. Clean room, comfortable, got a smoking room but it's still clean and comfortable. Good services from all of the staff.

Rooms were clean and satisfactory. It's fitting for the price. Beds were nice, hot water runs well. Not very big but ok for 2 people. Staff were helpful, polite, and attentive. Breakfast buffet had a good selection, even has Indomie. Location was really conveniently attached to the mall and The Trans Luxury hotel. It's a bit far from city center and with traffic can get up to 30 40 minutes to go to city center. But for people who are staying here for events in Trans or the theme park, can't go wrong with this location.

I stay there for 4 days. Great ambience for a 3 star hotel. The location is near Trans Studio Mall, making it even better. The food is quite good especially the room service menu. Will book again. What I really appreciate is the check-in only needs about 3-5 min.

This highly recommended hotel in Bandung is located next to Trans Studio Mall and is strategically located. It's also close to the culinary scene at Cibadak (Sudirman Food Street). Overall, a stay here is a great experience.

In general, it's good, the location is in the Trans Studio Mall complex. At that time, it was high season and check-in took almost 1 hour. Please add more staff if conditions are like that.

A little disappointed that the hair dryer attached to the toilet didn't work at all. I called a technician, but it still wouldn't turn on.
I tried replacing the hair dryer head, but it kept turning on and off.
When it did turn on, it emitted smoke, which made my hair smell burnt.
Please double-check after the previous guest checks out to avoid disappointment.
Overall, the staff were all friendly, especially the one who helped me check in early. Thankfully, I still got a room. If I'm not mistaken, her name was Ms. Ade. Thank you, Ms.

Strategically located in the same complex as Trans Studio Bandung. Check-in was quite a long wait, standing for over half an hour, and the staff wasn't very responsive. The room was nice, with a sofa. The toilet didn't use a hose, but a side-lever type, which was a bit of a hassle. The food was delicious, but the price for breakfast was expensive at Rp 188,000/person, the most expensive of the hotels we've been to, usually around Rp 125,000.

The receptionist was friendly, and the other hotel staff were also friendly and efficient. The restaurant menu was quite varied and the taste was quite good. The hotel room was clean, as requested, in a non-smoking room. The location is strategic, with plenty of places to eat. The bathroom was adequate, a bit small but clean, with a smooth floor, running water, and fast Wi-Fi. Thank you.
