It's a pleasure to stayed in Ibis Trans Bandung. Clean room, comfortable, got a smoking room but it's still clean and comfortable. Good services from all of the staff.

Rooms were clean and satisfactory. It's fitting for the price. Beds were nice, hot water runs well. Not very big but ok for 2 people. Staff were helpful, polite, and attentive. Breakfast buffet had a good selection, even has Indomie. Location was really conveniently attached to the mall and The Trans Luxury hotel. It's a bit far from city center and with traffic can get up to 30 40 minutes to go to city center. But for people who are staying here for events in Trans or the theme park, can't go wrong with this location.

I stay there for 4 days. Great ambience for a 3 star hotel. The location is near Trans Studio Mall, making it even better. The food is quite good especially the room service menu. Will book again. What I really appreciate is the check-in only needs about 3-5 min.

I've stayed here several times and the room is always clean and bright, the wifi is good, the elevator doesn't take long to go up and down, all requests are fulfilled by the check-in counter staff, but unfortunately there is no jetspray shower in the toilet because it is very important after urinating.

I forgot to photocopy it. Essentially, the mattress hadn't been changed. It was discovered because my child had peed in an inconspicuous area. Upon checking, it turned out it hadn't been changed, even though I'd requested the room be cleaned. Soap and towels weren't available; I had to call reception.

The hotel is comfortable with a very strategic location in the city center, directly connected to TSM Bandung which makes shopping and dining very convenient. Rooms are clean and meet the standard Ibis quality. The only downside during my stay was the check-in process — although there were many counters available, only two staff members were handling guests that evening, so the waiting time was quite long. Overall, still a very good option if you want comfort and the best location in Bandung.

No issue for Ibis Hotel. All good. Last time I complained before, but now all good. Keep it up. Good job, okay.
Only one issue, the mini-bar (small fridge) is always not working. I don't know why. Well. Please make sure all room is working good, the mini fridge.
