Everything is close by, parking is free. The food is delicious, complete, and satisfying. The rooms are aesthetically pleasing and the view is beautiful.

The hotel is quite affordable, steps from Trans Studio Mall, near Fore Coffee, and the Trans Studio rides.
The breakfast menu is quite extensive, even available outside the restaurant. The hotel's surroundings are cool at night.
There's a water dispenser in the hallway, so you don't have to buy bottled water.
Overall, it's okay and I recommend staying here if you're in Bandung.

The receptionist was friendly, and the other hotel staff were also friendly and efficient. The restaurant menu was quite varied and the taste was quite good. The hotel room was clean, as requested, in a non-smoking room. The location is strategic, with plenty of places to eat. The bathroom was adequate, a bit small but clean, with a smooth floor, running water, and fast Wi-Fi. Thank you.

Hmm, that's very disappointing. One room number can be assigned to two guests. That's absolutely intolerable. Also, the check-in service during peak hours is incredibly slow. Hopefully, things will improve in the future. Thank you.

The room is great, worth the price. I asked for Queen but got Twins, and they happily put the beds together with topper so it was comfy. They also have bolsters, which are great and make sleep more comfortable! I asked for additional pillow and they happily obliged. The breakfast spread is nice, more than expected, although very crowded and some items run out quickly and then we had to wait for refill.

The room is great, worth the price. I asked for Queen but got Twins, and they happily put the beds together with topper so it was comfy. They also have bolsters, which are great and make sleep more comfortable! I asked for additional pillow and they happily obliged. The breakfast spread is nice, more than expected, although very crowded and some items run out quickly and then we had to wait for refill.
