All staffs are very friendly and give the best services.

The villa and pool was gorgeous. Hotel staffs are all very polite and helpful. The breakfast selection isn't great but they are delicious. They gave me a warm anniversary welcome with flowers, cake and chocolate and room decorations - very nice gesture, much appreciated. Only downside is that the Aircon seems to be dripping and therefore there is always a wet patch on the walkway from bedroom to toilet. The staff however quickly take note of it and I believe it will be resolved for the next guest.

Nice room, friendly staff, convenient location

This was a great place to stay for our first visit to Bali.

Buyer beware. This is an OK hotel but is not a 5 star hotel. You can do much better in Seminyak for the same price. This hotel is very old and tired. They are trying to update it but that just means there is construction all day. The pool is nice enough but despite being on the ocean it overlooks the metal roof of the building they built between the pool and the beach. The gym is a 3/5 and despite having a “spa”, there is no sauna or steam or jacuzzi - just a couple of treatment rooms. The only actual bar on the property is closed for renovation. The beach is covered in seaweed, which they do not rake up like the true 5 star hotels do and it’s on make-shift marina, so the water in front of the hotel is full of boats and the oil and gasoline that comes with that. The location is decent but there is much more action and things to do etc a bit north. As others have noticed there is an issue with the hot water in the shower - warm but not hot. Finally, the pool was closed for half of the Saturday that I was there, which they didn’t tell me when I booked it but only the day before - obviously they knew in advance. The staff is nice and friendly but the hotel is a 3 star not a 5.

Lovely hotel on a beautiful beach. Lots of amazing options to dine out all along the beach. Great pool, has to 50m long. Decent enough gym to do a work out. Big bedrooms. Breakfast delicious with lots of options.

Hard to find anywhere with such lovely people. The service was outstanding. Worth coming to Bali to just experience such warm hospitality.

Exceptional resort with 5 star dining We kept gpong vack to their reataurant. It was outstanding and the staff were incrediable

Great location and the room was really spacious with an amazing enclosed balcony and beautiful view of the garden. The daily breakfasts could not have been better and the staff incredibly friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend the spa treatments. Such a beautiful experience.

Noisy at night , no charger

Such a wonderful team at the hotel. We had a fantastic holiday.

Our room was huge and really beautiful with a lovely outdoor lounge with great views of the ocean. The service from the staff was absolutely impeccable. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, the only thing that was slightly disappointing was the lunch and dinner menus, with both being very similar at Pier8 and Layang Layang, it would have been great to have some more variety. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here

Lovely hotel on the beach. Booked an ocean view Junior suite which was a great room although the ocean was very far away past the spa then the pool and the beach bar!!

The rooms on the property were clean, the customer service was amazing and the food choice was very good

Hotel was amazing! Fabulous rooms, restaurants and food along with great service. My 2 concerns would be the size of the pool area if going at peak time and also the beach - there were not many loungers and water full of boats so couldn’t go for a swim next to hotel and for a beachside 5* hotel this was disappointing.

It was nice, but some facilities a bit dated.

Everything about this property was fantastic. The staff especially went above and beyond for us in every department. Would highly recommend a vacation here!
