整體來說是好的，但每日替換毛巾或備品數量常常不足必須得一直打電話，服務人員態度都很好，房務部分需要再多加強，房間有點小，地點鄰近鬧區

This was my first visit to IZE Hotel in Seminyak. The staff are phenomenal, helpful and always willing to go that extra mile and out of their way to ensure that your stay is comfortable and memorable. Especially Reza, he is a super friendly staff, provide professional services with smile all the time. The hotel itself is extremely well kept and regularly maintained. The facilities are incredible with the rooftop swimming pool, with numerous places to eat and drink and right on the main street. It is in a great location being in the heart of Seminyak and close to beach. A memorable stay and I will definitely be back. Thanks to all the staff at the hotel for making my holiday so great

係周末晚上比較嘈

地點正中如果喜歡十分方便熱閙，這洒店一定是首選。但洒吧就在前門旁邊，那嘈音是隔音不了！住雙床房空間夠大，洗手間空間也十分大，可惜各種用品也開始老化，有漏水情況出現，毛巾不會天天給足夠，拖鞋也只有三天一對。

Besides those dirty linens and bed sheets, the hotel is doing great. Staff are nice and helpful.

位於水明漾中心區，樓下有好多餐廳商店，十分方便。酒店房間很大，而且非常乾淨。

一樓泳池房採光很不足 希望房內的燈光設備能夠增加 另外可能因為採光不夠 所以沒開冷氣房內有些霉味 不過CP值很高 地點很好 服務也很好 下次還是會入住 只是會住頂樓的俱樂部套房

The hotel is in great location, in the heart of restaurant & bar area. Check-in was smooth, the room is quite decent and bigger than what I expected. Lots of options for meals and entertainment around hotel, but as a result it's relative noisy. One problem I think hotel would need to address. I expect my used towels and supplements would be changed daily during room cleaning time. First and second nights are fine, but on my 3rd day, I found some of my used towels are not replaced, some of them are missing and the two bath towels (which are clearly used) are still wet and not changed. (By then I am not sure were my towels changed on 1st & 2nd night or I kept using the same towels....and I started to doubt if my bed sheets were changed too). I called the front desk and they offer a solution quickly, they ask staff to resend a pile of new towel set to me in 5 mins. But...sounds like they don't think the unchanged towels is an issue and I wonder if that's the practice of this hotel....maybe we have different standard on this?

The design is innovation and staff are nice. Breakfast are well prepared though there is not much choices.

位置非常方便, 酒店前的剩街道就是水明漾的大街, 好多餐廳及酒吧, 逛街SHOPPING的地方, 離海灘才10分鐘的路程, 水明漾海灘看夕陽非常漂亮!

除了地點好 也沒有什麼優點了，早餐難吃，晚上非常吵，因為飯店一樓的酒吧每天唱歌到很晚，泳池很小，房間還可以，床也蠻大的，健身房極小，CP值不高。

優點： 離近餐廳及購物地點，生活機能方便，離海灘稍遠(走路約15~20)分，但渡假隨性走走也是不錯的選擇 服務人員相當有禮貌，見到人會給予熱情的笑容及問候，如果你喜歡享受美食及購物，IZE Seminyak會是個不錯的選擇。 缺點： 緊鄰大街，因此入夜後仍能聽見些許大街的喧鬧，但不至於太大聲

Very good location, located on the Seminyak main street. Got so many shops and restaurants nearby. Nice breakfast. The main problem is so many ants in the room.

內部各樣設施包括早餐很不錯! 交通很方便, 只是我習慣寧靜入睡, 由於我房間向馬路, 所以車聲人聲關了所有門窗還是聽得清楚, 樓下餐廳很多選擇而且好吃, 但晚間音樂聲比較嘈吵。

在鬧區內！逛街方便，吃東西也方便！

服務人員相當友善，客房清潔人員一天清潔兩次，讓房間維持整潔。另外，mini bar是免費的，冰箱裡的飲料相當豐富。location也非常好，街上餐廳林立。

客房清潔度對於旅遊是非常重要，這點IZE做的很棒，一進客房光線足，感覺很舒適。飯店的位置要逛街，要SPA只要短短步行即可
