Our Eid al-Fitr holiday stay at Laut Biru was very enjoyable. It's strategically located in front of West Beach, close to East Beach, and the tourist market. The hotel's nightlife was quite lively. Check-in and check-out were quick and didn't take long, the room was clean and cool, the bathroom spotless, and the staff friendly. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Overall, our stay at Laut Biru was a truly enjoyable one.

Good service and rooms were clean. Convenient to head to both the west beach and east beach. Breakfast was good. Good view of the sea from some of the rooms and they have a gallery where you can sit with friends to watch the sunset.

The hotel staff was very humble and helpful. Everything was fine except for the noisy neighbor across the room who was making noise all night long 😵‍💫. Next, please inform those with small children so they don't scream in the middle of the night and disturb other residents. Thank you.

The location is strategic, close to the market and the East Beach for sunrise viewing. If you want to swim, you can simply cross the street to the West Beach. As for comfort, the service is responsive.

The room was amazingly clean, and the view of the beach was incredibly beautiful, access to the beach was only a five-step walk, only the receptionist lacked a bit of etiquette and in my opinion had a bad attitude because when I called to ask something, they hung up before finishing talking, hopefully your input will be accepted for evaluation.

The hotel staff and housekeeping were excellent. The telephone operator lacked greetings and struggled to say closing words when speaking on the phone. The restaurant was late in refilling condiments. The location is extremely strategic.
