The staffs were super friendly, but the hotel was terrible. There were a lot of fungi and I am allergic to it. I thought I can handle it for one night, but nope I can't, because there was a bubble gum surprise on top of my head on the switch. I was disgusted of course and check out after 1 hour staying there with full payment! Unbelievable.

The check in a bit confusing, the staffs seems not ready when I say I booked the room from app since I have been asked again for the payment when they bring me to the room. Anyway, the room is spacious and there is a bathtub also. However, the room is so spooky and there is so many water on the room's floor. So, my wife and I decided to move to another hotel. We only spent 1 hour in this hotel

The facility ,wifi doesn't,work ...& hot water can,t use properly,we were served breakfast in from of the room without any tea/coffee even water for drinking just given two plate of rice with little vegetable and meat,as look as they don't want to give me normally,..when we ask could we have our breakfast in room balcony one of the operator said okey but later should come to the restaurant woow....,i don't want to come because already waiting for hour in the room,then one person coming with to plate only in the hand,not even polite/smiling. No drinking at all...🙈why they don't serve breakfast as order? Thanks for your concern🙏

Madu Sari restaurant obviously has a great view but the hotel located under the restaurant and the view is the backyard but we find it still relaxing. The hotel itself is old and the bathroom is dirty and the bathroom door is broken, I call nobody come to fix it. WiFi is bad and the breakfast is cold. plenty fly in room.

The facilities of deluxe room are worse, and the hospitality from room waiters is not so far from worse. Our local channel for TV was broken and the technical just gave appointment but never comes. Bathtub are spoil and the water flowed to the bedroom. thanks.

I was disappointed with this hotel, about the cleanliness at the first it was, but when we used the bathtub in deluxe room, water from those bathtub flown away into our bedroom unexpectedly, so our bedroom is filled with water. Service, our television couldn't show anything, it was broken. When we called the CS for three times, they made appointment with us to come, but nobody come until we checked out. There are some flies in our bedroom. The good side from this hotel is its owner. The owner is really down to earth, polite, kind, and a welcome person. But a thousand no with his staffs. About the view, yeah. It's good enough.
