The staff are absolutely amazing, everyone is so accommodating and friendly. Huge shout out to Quin on the breakfast team who actually remembered us from our previous stay and made us feel very welcomed! We had a small issue with our air conditioning not being cool enough in the room and when we brought the issue up with the staff, the duty manager offered to take us to check out a new room and made sure we were 100% happy before giving it to us. The whole process took less than 20 minutes and the staff were all very helpful and made sure it was as painless and as easy as possible! Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We'll be back🩷

I've just found a hotel with truly excellent service. The staff is friendly, honest, and very helpful. The breakfast menu is excellent, with a wide variety of food. The pool facilities are also excellent. The room is clean and the air conditioning is cool. The bathroom is very comfortable, relaxing in the bathtub with views of the city. The overall rating deserves a lot of thumbs up. I've promised the kids that if they have a vacation, they'll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

The room was okay overall, but the bathroom bathtub floor wasn't very clean. I had a baby and wanted to swim there, but I didn't. My wife was the only one who used it, and that was only once. Also, regarding the cleaning service, housekeeping had to be called three times before they came. My family and I were expecting the room to be clean when we left the hotel, but it turned out it hadn't been cleaned either. The hot water kettle was also dirty and crusty, I'm sure it wasn't washed, it was only rinsed, and maybe it wasn't even noticed. If you're bringing a baby, it's better to bring your own electric kettle, and my wife had to wash it again because it was crusty.

Overall, everything was comfortable, clean, and tidy, but it's possible that it's an older hotel, so the furnishings are quite dated. There are free and tasty refreshments, a minibar, and a handy coffee maker. The service was also very good, the breakfast was quite tasty and varied. My only suggestion is to have more toiletries, such as bar soap, and to have a soft toothbrush, as it can be painful to use and cause your gums to chafe. Otherwise, it's very good.

The staff is friendly and the service is good, although at first I was disappointed with the room I booked and finally they gave me the best room "Mars and Venus suit"... For breakfast it is very varied and delicious, available for fried rice, fried noodles and juice/drinks while we wait for the room key to be given... Free sauna and steam are available...
