The staff was quite friendly and responsive. The location in the city center makes it easy to get around, but parking is limited. The room was quite cramped, and in terms of amenities, slippers weren't provided, and the towels were very old—luckily, we're used to bringing our own. The room wasn't soundproof, and the restaurant's food selection was far from comparable to some other 3-star hotels we've stayed at.

When I entered the hotel, I thought it was a bar or restaurant, but the atmosphere was comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was friendly, the service was good, and the hotel facilities were complete and functioning well. The room was clean, the AC was cold, and the hot water worked well. I was surprised by the shower gel; my hair was soft when dried even without conditioner. There was a kettle in the room for tea or coffee. The television was also suitable for watching some TV shows. I wouldn't mind staying at this hotel again.
