Comfy and super clean! The staff also kind, the ambience of the hotel also great but please increase your safety and privacy cause I saw lot of people come and go easily to the hotel and I'm sure they're not the visitors. overall is great.

The cakes tasted so-so in my opinion. The tiramisu didn't have any tiramisu flavor at all, rather bland. The red velvet sponge cake was moist, but unfortunately the cream cheese didn't have any flavor at all. I also ordered burnt cheesecake, but unfortunately I didn't take a photo. It was okay, but it still lacked "cheesecake". The Soto Bengkulu was delicious, the Palm Burger was delicious, and the oxtail fried rice was a bit lacking in flavor. The milkshake was also a bit lacking in flavor.
The room and facilities were comfortable, but if I may have a few suggestions, it would be better if the sheets were a bit worn out and reused, so it just felt a bit unclean.
So far, it's been quite a pleasant stay at Mercure Bengkulu. Thank you, hopefully it will be even better in the future 🥰🥰
