I didn't even stay there. When I arrived they said there were system issues and my reservation from Traveloka was received late and they were already full-booked. I ended up being moved to another hotel.

The noise in room 115 was very loud, I responded to the front desk and said to check and solve it, but I didn't get a reply or solve the noise problem, which was really loud.
