Mercure Jakarta Sabang

The AC often turns off and on and suddenly gets hot, even though the room booked is a privilege room. It has been fixed but it doesn't have much effect.

I stayed here for 2 nights for my us visa appointment. It is the closest hotel to the us embassy. The staff was nice, and they approved my early check-in. I booked a privilege room and it is spacious enough. I could easily access street foods and drinks in Sabang. Overall, I have a pleasant experience here.

Everything was good except I got the room on the second floor and it was so far from the lift and very corner of a small hall, dark at night also.

Excellent hospitality by Mercure Jakarta Sabang. Staff very helpful. I stayed for a visa interview, unfortunately needed to print a document and the front staff kindly helped to print my document. After checking out, I realized I left something in my room, and the staff kindly helped to send it to my home address.

It is quite strategic for meetings at this hotel, besides staying overnight, because access is easy and it is surrounded by culinary places, so it is not difficult to find food.

Stayed for 3 nights for visa purposes, chose Mercure because the location is close to the US embassy and Monas, but the parking lot is narrow so you really have to stand by if you want to order an ojol because the lobby area is very hectic. the food is not delicious in my opinion, during my stay I didn't finish anything because it was not delicious. for the room it's just so so, coincidentally I got it on the 2nd floor and it's close to the meeting room, so sometimes if there is a meeting the access to the elevator connecting to the lobby is closed without notice and it's a bit difficult for those who want to check out, because they have to use the elevator connected to the restaurant and have difficulty lifting suitcases (because there are stairs in the restaurant). amenities are okay, comfort is very lacking. thin walls, everything can be heard clearly from the room the sound of people taking a shower, the sound of the alarm, the sound of people walking etc. which can be heard clearly from outside/next room... not a pleasant thing especially after being tired from activities and wanting to relax... the shower water is not hot enough, only lukewarm, the toilet is difficult to flush... hopefully it can be improved in the future.

It's practical place to stay, center of everything. Specially if you here for business

Ordered a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room, the smell of cigarettes was so bad it made me dizzy.

The fo service is friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff are all friendly. The food is all delicious. The housekeeping is also very helpful. Thank you Mercure Sabang.

The location is best, at central but quite place.

The service is really good. Booked at this hotel for a wedding anniversary, and the bathroom was decorated with anniversary-themed writing, and didn't expect to be given a cake from the hotel restaurant which was really delicious.

The staff is friendly and responsive. I brought a 3 year old child, during the check in process he was given a coloring book, he was very happy. The location is close to Monas, the CFD is also really good, looking for food is really close to Jalan Sabang. That's really okay. Walking around there is also really nice, it feels like you're not in Jakarta. The provillage room is spacious, my child is very happy. It's just that he didn't want to swim because the water was too cold, maybe because it had rained.

Nice and friendly staffs, prompt and responsive response from housekeeping staffs.

Very nice hotel had appointment at us embassy but one problem was hotel worker open door to put in towel but never knocked just about walk in me and my wife laying in bed watching TV luckily nothing was going on anyway contact front desk explain what happened manager was nice and gave apologies to us. Later we ordered in room dinner instead of knocking they called on phone said please open door the worker was afraid to knock on door.

Came here because I had an appointment at the US Embassy. Easy access and close to the US embassy. At night there are also lots of culinary delights around. Transportation is also easy. Anyway OK whap here.

Great hotel for marathons that start at Monas. Lovely neighborhood with plenty of cafes and restaurants.
