This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It’s always been a pleasure to stay here. Food was amazing as always, nicer than other standard hotel breakfasts. Room was great and clean, the bathroom has a bathtub so comfy.

Stayed here during the holidays, it was memorable.. Friendly staff, fragrant hotel lobby, easy access, delicious and varied champion food, comfortable swimming pool, city view, can see Monas. However, the room smelled a bit musty. I think the carpet needs to be replaced or something because it was musty. I happened to take 2 rooms with connecting doors. My mother's room smelled of cigarettes.

I stayed here because I hadn't been anywhere during the holiday season. When I arrived, the circular lobby was incredibly crowded. But I must admit, the receptionist was quick, and while we waited, we were immediately served a welcome drink and cold towels (hehe, this was my first experience). The most impressive thing was the Merlynsuite room. Although there's only one on each floor, my kids and I ended up on different floors, but it all made up for it with the beautiful swimming pool and jacuzzi in our room. 😄
By the way, if there were any complaints, it was so crowded at breakfast that we got a table outside. When we entered the restaurant, they prohibited wearing hotel slippers. Perhaps they could have reminded us of this during check-in, as it wasn't just me who experienced this, but many guests had to return to their rooms to change out of their shoes/slippers from home.

Prada suite room for kids & Bulgari suite room for husband. Everyone was very happy, to the point of extending several times (the first week extended for 3 days, the next week for a staycation at this hotel again extended for 5 days). The air conditioning is great, cold & can be adjusted if it's cold. Given a free upgrade, the room is very spacious and comfortable, located at the end of 1910, 1809, 1925 vr privacy, the door is soundproof. Only unfortunately the 1809 room light is dim/yellow not bright enough. The breakfast is just ordinary, lacks variety, or maybe staying too long so I'm a bit bored with the breakfast. Overall everything is good, so I feel at home. Lastly, Dessy was very kind to give us a late checkout at 2 pm. Next school holiday I want to go to this hotel again 😊👍🏻💯

I was a bit hesitant at first to choose this hotel, how could I get such a cheap price. It turns out I was wrong, from the moment I entered I was impressed. The diversity of the staff, thank you to Ms. Annisa and other friends who helped me check in made it memorable, just sitting comfortably was given a frozen towel and a turmeric ginger drink, really great, especially after traveling quite a long distance from home, immediately refreshed. The room is spacious, the bed is soft, the bathroom is spacious and modern. Not only do you get the usual tea and coffee, but there is also ginger tea, even chocolate milk provided in the room. If I may suggest for better service, there are facilities for ablution. So it is not difficult to get into the bathtub to perform ablution. The breakfast is a must try, very varied, Indonesian food, Arabian to western everything is complete. to the point of being confused about what to eat. The taste is also delicious. My kids really enjoyed playing in the swimming pool, the pool is spacious and there are many choices. especially when there was a doll festival that day.
