The hotel is very nice. We are happy to stay here at that time, with a good price and good experience. Our daughter is happy with so many swimming pools with quite a good view, she can decorate a donut and eat it. Strategic hotel for us. The food when we had breakfast was very varied and tasted good. This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It’s always been a pleasure to stay here. Food was amazing as always, nicer than other standard hotel breakfasts. Room was great and clean, the bathroom has a bathtub so comfy.

I booked a week before but was hesitant to come here because it turned out to be during a large demonstration. In the end, I stayed there and it turned out to be quiet and relatively safe because the area is close to Ring 1 so security is maximum. The service is the best! Friendly and impressive. I booked an executive room and was suddenly upgraded to a larger family room with a split queen bed. The food was all delicious. Security is also good. My child's phone was lost but the hotel secured it and was quick to respond. The only downside is that the TV is still an old LG flat screen and the foreign TV channels at that time were not working except for a few local channels.

The staff was friendly, the facilities were complete, and room 1025, at the end, had a beautiful view of the National Monument. However, when we went out to eat in the evening, the free parking access wouldn't open. Despite calling the guard, he didn't arrive promptly, so we had to wait quite a while, even though we had a small child with us. Otherwise, the room was fine, and hopefully, security and the response time for access can be further improved in the future.

The food is delicious. The menu has a lot of variety.
Even though I stayed on a weekday, the staff were all friendly. God willing, I will come back again with my parents if possible, and my extended family. Amen.
