My first staycation at this hotel was as expected. It was luxurious, beautiful, and clean. What surprised me was that when I checked in, the staff helped me because I was pregnant. They gave me priority and gave me a room upgrade, they said, to make my babymoon comfortable and happy. It's not just happy anymore, but very happy. Thank you so much for the amazing experience at Merlyn Park. I'll definitely stay here next time.

Check-in was quick, the room was very spacious, and the amenities included a jacuzzi, hair dryer, ironing board, and coffee maker. I was quite satisfied with my stay in the Merlynn Suite. The breakfast menu was varied and quite tasty, and all the coffee was excellent.

The hotel staff was very friendly.
The room was spacious and clean, with a soft mattress, mineral water, coffee, tea, and other beverages provided.
The restroom was clean and spacious, with complete bathroom amenities, a bathtub, and a water heater.
The breakfast was varied and delicious.
The only downside was the long check-in time, from 2:00 PM to 1:10 PM.

The comfort is very lacking, the service is also very lacking, from friendliness & responsiveness etc... everything is slow, check-in time is not on time, and especially the elevator, it is really minus (super slow/very slow for a 5 star hotel) it seems not suitable, the only advantage of this hotel is its food, because there are many variations.

The hotel is kid-friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, only one elevator was broken, so the queue was quite long on weekends, which happened to be busy. The breakfast menu is varied, delicious, and many are kid-friendly too. The pudding dessert is delicious, and the cut fruit is fresh.
