It surprised me for the first time. To enter the lobby, we must go to car park than got welcomed in lobby. What an experience in first impression; I was like superstar who came to hotel but from secret way, hahahaha. The room is great too; it was a huge room for me and staff were definitely hotelier staffs. Love this hotel so much !

Comfortable, strong water, complete facilities.
Cons: Cleaning room should be careful when disposing of items, even the car rag I just washed was thrown away when we left the room.
Breakfast was quite complete, but the table and chairs were a bit lacking. Still, I recommend staying here.

The unit is very large and spacious, with a living room, kitchen, large refrigerator, and large bathroom. It's very homey. It's perfect for small or large families and also perfect for private meetings with clients. The rates are friendly. The staff is very friendly. Parking is spacious. Access from the parking lot to the room is very easy and very private.
I once lost something and only found out a few days later. My belongings were stored very securely and were intact.
MG Suites is highly recommended.

When I checked in, the staff was very friendly. When I checked out, I was told to wait for about 15 minutes with the excuse that the room was being checked first. Even though I have stayed twice, nothing like that has happened. Also, when I stayed at another hotel, there was no such long wait for check out. I will not stay here again.

The sheet doesn't cover the entire spring bed and looks dirty.
The bed cover also looks dirty, its color has turned light brown.

Overall, the service is quite good, from the electronic card registered at check-in to the swimming pool facilities available, only the extra charges for breakfast are still too expensive in my opinion :(

The room size is spacious with a drawing room, bathroom shower arear separated from the toilet, dressing area.
However, the bedding area, floor, table needed to be cleaned. The bedding needs immediate attention as it's completely worn out, stained and shabby. The matress seemed it needed to be changed. Even the furniture looked unkempt and dirty.
If you can ignore flaws of where you stay and definitely not particularly disturbed by cleanliness or have an allergy to dirt, it maybe okay. The large room size can't compromise on a customer paying for a clean environment to stay. This place sadly disappointed on the rating of 4 star. Staff are apologetic and try to clean as much as possible.

there is a big refrigerator, safe for storing ice cream and lots of food
can be connecting rooms
almost complete amenities
(-) not soundproof enough, it can be heard from the corridor
just realized in the morning that the room door was open, even though it was closed long before going to bed but it was not locked, fortunately nothing was lost
narrow shower area
I booked 2 rooms, in one of the rooms I didn't get a mat
I suggest requesting a double bed / twin bed when booking before paying, otherwise you will get whatever you have
try requesting a connecting room if you book 2 rooms if you want a family, it can be easily accessed

3. Room smells bad, dusty floor.
4. Crop top sheets. So funny. The sheets don't cover the mattress. The feet touch the rough surface of the mattress. Really uncomfortable.
5. The bathroom is very, very unpleasant, smells really bad, lots of dust nests, and there is no bathroom mat. So it's very uncomfortable and muddy. I've called the receptionist to ask for a mat, but they didn't give me one until check-out. HK phone calls weren't answered.
6. Shower is not normal, bidet is hard, sink is not smooth (slightly clogged)
7. Towels smell musty and look like they've been used for mopping.
8. Breakfast is only for two people. Bringing kids must pay 1 extra person. The variety of food menu is just B, very lacking. The tea doesn't taste good, the infusion water dispenser only contains 2 slices of lemon.
