It surprised me for the first time. To enter the lobby, we must go to car park than got welcomed in lobby. What an experience in first impression; I was like superstar who came to hotel but from secret way, hahahaha. The room is great too; it was a huge room for me and staff were definitely hotelier staffs. Love this hotel so much !

There were worms in the bathroom. Lots of long hair in the bathroom drain. Thin windows. All the noise from outside came in. The Wi-Fi was always broken. The room was a bit dirty. The sofa was broken. Nice view.

The room was comfortable, but since it's an apartment, it should have had standard dining and cleaning supplies like a broom, plates, spoons, and a stove.
The unit I stayed in, 1623, had a rather rickety mattress on one of the beds, so it probably needed to be replaced. Overall, the place is okay and comfortable for a small family.

The hotel staff are friendly, the rooms and environment are clean... the only downside is that it's not soundproof, haha, there's someone exercising next to the room (it's really noisy)

In my opinion, my experience staying at this hotel was a little less than pleasant. I got a room that wasn't very good, starting from the AC leaking water, there were several spots on the floor with black stains, access to the elevator was far away, Wi-Fi/Internet access was difficult to reach, and the motorbike parking lot was poorly lit. However, there was a plus point in the form of a delicious and varied breakfast.
