Mercure Bandung Nexa Supratman

The staff is friendly. But the cleanliness needs to be improved. The bathroom shower leaks, the faucet is tilted so water goes everywhere, the hair dryer doesn't work, and the rickety table is no longer suitable. It's really bad.

The hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful during the check-in process, the rooms were clean, the location was strategic because it was in the city center.

Location-wise is the number one selling point of this hotel.

It's always comfortable to stay here, it's really nice.

I love staying here because it's close to everything. If I were staying in Bandung, the Nexa Mercure Supratman would definitely be my first choice. Even if I'm late, they often run out.

Spacious room, good services, much menu option for breakfast. Near alfa midi and indomaret, just 2 mins walk.

Stayed 3 nights in 2 rooms. One room was fine, but the other was completely underwhelming. • The first night, the room facing the main road was incredibly noisy at night, and the refrigerator wouldn't cool. • The second night, I moved to a room facing the complex, and the noise from the upstairs room was still there, like people stomping and stomping, and the neighbors were laughing and talking loudly. The refrigerator wouldn't cool, and the technician tried to fix it, but it was futile. My mattress sank in, and I woke up sore. • The third night, my neighbors seemed to have just checked in at 2 a.m., talking loudly, and the door sounded like it was being slammed shut. The refrigerator wasn't even cold enough for a chiller. I have small children, so it was extremely uncomfortable for a night's rest. The hotel should maintain the refrigerator regularly, as it doesn't even keep canned drinks cold. Breakfast was mediocre, not even up to the standards of a 4-star hotel. The menu lacked variety and tasted bland. Even when the food ran out, refills were slow, and even at 9 a.m., many of the dishes were empty. On the first day, June 27th, I even found a fried noodle dish that was nearly stale, smelling stale and mushy. I complained to the staff, and the pan was immediately removed from the buffet after the staff took a few noodles and took them to the kitchen (presumably to report to the kitchen). But for the service, I give it a thumbs up, as every complaint was addressed well.

Thanks for the compliment. The only downside was that the towel smelled a bit musty, but I quickly replaced it with a new one.

So far it's been quite satisfying.

As soon as I entered the room, the TV remote was missing. The phone to the front desk wasn't answered for a long time, and it took three calls. When I did pick up and complain, they told me to wait. After 30 minutes, housekeeping didn't arrive, so I went down to the front desk to complain directly. The receptionist apologized and said the TV remote had been "taken" by the previous occupant. Strange... 😅 The toiletries were lacking, as there was no bar soap for the sink. When the hot water tap was turned on, the water came out reddish. It had to be let run for quite a while before the reddish color faded. I stayed in room 603, 6th floor. Thank you.

The bedroom and bathroom were nice, clean, tidy, and comfortable. The only downside was that the towels were starting to look a bit grayish-black, and while they did smell nice, they were unsightly. Hopefully, they can be replaced with newer towels. And the food in the restaurant, while plentiful with a wide selection of food and snacks, was still a bit bland. Sorry, this might be a matter of preference, but overall, for its affordable price, this hotel offers a pleasant experience.

Overall in a good condition. Please increase the level of cleanliness. There were several hairs on the floor near the bed and the bathroom floor upon check-in.
